The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a for a period of performance of one year IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(1)(iii) and 13.106-1(b) to Perkinelmer Health Sciences, Inc. 710 Bridgeport Ave. Shelton, CT, 06484-4750. Anticipated award date is 19 September 2016.
This requirement is for one base year + 2 option years:
CLIN 0001: Clarus 500 Gas Chromatograph/ Clarus 500 Mass Spectometer/ Turbomatrix Thermal Desorber/ Clarus 560 S MS Repair Coverage Plan: Base Year
CLIN 1001: Clarus 500 Gas Chromatograph/ Clarus 500 Mass Spectometer/ Turbomatrix Thermal Desorber/ Clarus 560 S MS Repair Coverage Plan: Base Year: Option Year One

The Period of Performance the Repair Coverage Plan will be 21 September 2016- 20 September 2017: 53WG, 203 W. Eglin Blvd. Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811219, small business size standard: $20.5M.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to justin.brown.42@us.af.mil.
