Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2)(iii)(A) and (B) only one responsible source to:

Hexagon US Federal, Inc.
301 Cochran Rd
Huntsville, AL, 35824-1109

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services; the business size standard is $27,500,000.

The objective of this follow on sole source award is for the installation of Consolidated Emergency Response (CERS) 2.0 systems and Win10 updates on Hexagon proprietary systems at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Marine Corp Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, and MCAS Iwakuni. This requirement is for continued production and integration of highly specialized hardware and software, the foundation of which Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) may only be acquired from the original source.

The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
