About this opportunity
The contractor is required to provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment to remove and replace existing carpeting tiles and rubber cove base in the 612th Air Operations Center Facility Operations Floor, Building 74, on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. The contractor will also be responsible for coordinating the project schedule, moving and reassembling furniture, disposing of waste, and ensuring all permits and environmental requirements are met. The project is expected to be completed within 60 authorized workdays, with work performed between 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

B) Incorporate Questions and Answers Document
C) Incorporate Carpet Specifications Document
D) Update Combo/Sol document to incorporate Amendment 00001
The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to remove and replace all existing carpeting tiles in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
