This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with 3-1 year Options for KIT, ACCESSORY-C-17/F117 PBS-4100 NSN: 6625-01-481-5997BA; Part Number 17G233099-501. The Basic is for Qty of 3 each (includes first article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The 2-1 year Options are based on Qty range of 1-2 each. The item collects vibration data, calculates the balanced solution and determines the specific balance weights (and locations) when performing engine vibration survey/trim balancing. This requirement will be a set-aside for Small Business.
Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ.
All responses are due April 6, 2019. The RFQ and all attachments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/).
