This will be a firm fixed-price, 8(a) sole source acquisition to GREENE MACHINE & MANUFACTURING, INC (CAGE: 03ND7) for ADAPTER MECHANICAL to support the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, NSN: 4940-01-366-2994 BA, P/N: 17G130225-1. Destination: FOB Origin location at EB2090 Forest Park, Georgia. The basic requirement is for a total quantity of three each (includes one each first article), Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). There are three one-year option periods with a quantity range of 1-2 each per option period.

Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. All responsible 8(a) Small Business sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the contracting agency. The Government will utilize the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Excluded Parties List System (EPLS), and other Government databases to determine contractor status before evaluating proposals. Proposal will be evaluated based on criteria stated in the RFQ.


We anticipate release of the RFQ on or around 21 November 2017 with an estimated response date of 30 Jul 2018. The RFQ and all attachments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/).
