This is an open market competitive 8(a) acquisition for One (1) FTE Medical Technologist, Nine (9) Medical Lab Technician and Two (2) FTE Phlebotomists Services for Keesler Medical Center located at Keesler Air Force Base, MS.  The period of performance for this contract is expected to be 1 Oct 2015 - 30 Sep 2016 with options to extend for an additional 54 months.  The small business standard is $11 million and the applicable NAICS code is 621111. The anticipated date the solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov  is 14 Aug 2015.  The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the solicitation.  The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing.  All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency.  Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/. 


It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for any postings and/or solicitation changes, amendments and closing date.  No paper copies will be available and no electronic or verbal responses will be accepted.


Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to the solicitation by delivering 1 hard copy of a signed proposal with signed amendments (if any) by the posted close date and time.  Solicitation and all amendments (if any) shall contain original signature.
