Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) Unaccompanied Personnel Housing is seeking a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) surveillance network solution to implement and update the current video surveillance systems in building 55. The overall objective of the requirement is to provide secure surveillance for all authorized military residents and authorized visitors. The solution provided should be a turn-key system capable of operation by untrained individuals.
Questions for the questions and answers posting are due 1 May @ 1000am AKST.

Q&A is posted along with changes to the PWS and a more detailed map layout with camera locations.
