The NAICS code for this project is 236220. The small business size standard is no greater than $36.5 Million in average annual receipts. Only offers from firms that are certified to meet both Small Business status and the size standard will be considered. You may contact your local U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office (federal, not state office) for more information on the Small Business program. Work project consists of men's and women's bathroom renovations at the Batterson Fire Barracks. Men and women's bathroom/shower conversion from communal shower to individual privacy stalls.
The estimated period of performance is 90 days.
The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
LOCATION: The project is located on the Bass Lake Ranger District of the Sierra National Forest. From Fresno, CA. proceed north on State Highway 41 approximately 45 miles thru the community of Oakhurst, CA continue on highway 41 approximately 3 miles to the Forest Service Station - Batterson Work Center on the left.
The solicitation package will be uploaded when ready, approximately May 23, 2019. The date of award is expected to be within 60 days after the actual response date, which will be stated in the package and possibly changed in one or more amendments.
Please hold any technical questions until after review of the solicitation. The technical contact information will be listed in the solicitation.
The purpose of this notice is to meet the FAR 5.201 and 36.213-2 requirements.
It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
