Barge is required for transporting all required engineer equipment to build a serviceable one mile road within the community of Old Harbor, AK. Barge is required to ship all equipment from Anchorage, AK to Old Harbor, AK at the beginning of the mission and then return back to Old Harbor, AK to transport all engineer equipment back to Anchorage, AK at completion of the mission.

Please see the revised Statement of Work which is attached. The document was revised to reflect the change in the timeline for these services. Reminder that all loading, unloading, blocking and bracing of all equipment on the barge is the contractor responsibility.
