Added: Aug 08, 2016 8:58 am The Office of Technology Development Security Features Division (OTD/SFD) of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for a research grade Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The AFM is a multi-functional instrument capable of characterizing and imaging materials through contact and non-contact modes of analysis. See attached RFQ and Statement of Work for more information.
