The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA) has a requirement for study reports and results from the scientific investigation of the in vivo analgesic effects of 20 synthetic opioid compounds. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information.
The period of performance for this study will be 6 months from the time of the award. The requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR PART 13. A Solicitation will not be issued. All questions shall be submitted to John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. June 26, 2017. All quotes are due June 30, 2017 10:00 a.m. EST. Quote shall be emailed to John.C.Girard@usdoj.gov. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsive, responsible, offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
Offerors shall include the following information in their quote:
DUNS Number, CAGE CODE, Point of Contact Information and Address.
