About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick seeks products and services to provide unlimited access to an online leadership development training course catalog for over 300,000 Veterans Health Administration employees and up to 40 instructors. The vendor must teach courses both in-person and virtually in instructor-led and self-directed, on-demand formats, assigning each student a "slot" to take any catalog course when available. Quotations will be evaluated based on socioeconomic status, prioritizing verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses first, and are due by September 9, 2020.
There is no set-aside designation. The NAICS code is 611430. The solicitation requests 1,000 facilitator kits and 10,000 participant kits in addition to unlimited access to over 300 courses. Performance will take place at multiple Veterans Integrated Service Network offices across the United States as listed in an attachment. An amendment extended the response deadline and advised a subsequent amendment would address questions.
