About this opportunity

This solicitation from the National Park Service Pacific West Region seeks the supply and delivery of approximately 6,500 tons of one-inch base aggregate to sites within Redwood National and State Parks. Quotes are due by May 21, 2020 and must meet technical specifications for crushed aggregate material used in highway construction and maintenance. The agency will award a firm fixed price contract to a single responsible vendor based on best value considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

The requirement has a 100% small business set-aside designation for vendors with fewer than 500 employees. Quotes should provide pricing for 4,000 tons to the first site and 2,500 tons to the second site, with options to increase the latter quantity in 250-ton increments. The selected contractor must deliver all aggregate by August 10, 2020 to the specified locations within Redwood National Park and submit invoices through the Invoice Processing Platform system.
