This Purchase Order will require the vendor to analyze a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 200 samples of media and biological tissues (~1 g). The EPA will provide the contractor with these samples. The period of performance will be from the date of award through two years. The EPA anticipates to award an IDIQ contract with a Firm-Fixed Price CLIN for the minimum order of 100 samples plus a Fixed Unit Price CLIN for each additional sample ordered by EPA, up to 100 samples. The RFQ, including the terms and conditions, SOW, and detailed submission and evaluation instructions are attached. Vendor responses are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on August 13, 2015.
