Last 2 questions:
1. The SON indicates a need for separate male and female areas. This layout is not typically desired in a laundry trailer. Usually this layout is reserved for restroom and shower trailers. Can the end user clarify if a single unisex area would be acceptable?  This was not a needed should not have been left in the SON     Â
2. For onsite training and familiarization, can you clarify, does this mean an employee of the contractor must be present at time of delivery to deliver this training, or could the driver do this? Alternatively, would it be ok for a manufacturer representative to deliver this training?Â
The Training could be conducted at any time after it arrives. Doesn t matter who does it as long as they are knowledge in the operation the unit.

Questions & Anwsers
2. BACKGROUND:
Trailer must be able to be towed with standard pickup truck .
What is the requestor s definition? Trailers of this size and weight will require at least a ¾ ton or 1-ton truck. Please advise.
Trailer dry weight should be not exceeded 15000 lbs.Â
Trailer has a 300-gal water supply tank with 275 usable gallons.
This is a small amount of supply for the number of units. Consider the following: each washing machine will use approx. 10-15 gallons of water /cycle. If washers run 1 cycle /hr. We require high efficiency units which should utilize only then this supply will need refilled every 3-4 hours of continuous full operation.Â
Unit will be connected to hose bib for continuous water...tank is for contingency supply
What is the intended logistics of maintaining water supply?
This is not within the contractor s scope
Suggest using or adding a potable supply connection via garden hose or similar.
Potable Water connection is required. This is standard on all trailers we have procured to date; we will not pay extra for this option. Unit must be compatible with standard 1 inch garden hose connection.Â
 5. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
a) All electric functionality, no gas.
What is the proposed power source for this unit? External gen set? Onboard gen set? Shore power? What type of power connection is needed? Bear in mind this unit will require a power source in the neighborhood of 45-50kw. Trailer electric supply requirement should not exceedÂ
150 KW at peak load from a max or (2) 225-amp circuits. Must come outfitted with connection plugs for routing of cables to generator or shore power supply.Â
Is there any specific reason for no gas? Gas (LP) units are substantially more efficient and allow for lower power supply requirement.
This requirement is not negotiable Â
e) Oversized structural beams.
Need more detail here. Unsure of what requirement needs to be met. b
10 inch or larger structural steel beams
i) All steel cage construction.
Need more detail here. Unsure of what requirement needs to be met.
All load bearing structural components are steal
j) independent torsion axles.
Is this a firm requirement? Many trailers of this size and weight capacity will be equipped with slipper spring suspension.
This is a firm requirement
t) Wastewater tank
What size tank? 750-gallon minimum requirement
What is the intended logistics for waste removal?
This is not within the contractor s scope.
Suggest adding sewage hookup.
Sewer connection is required. This is standard on all trailers we have procured to date; we will not pay extra for this requirement. Trailer must come with standard RV style black water drop.Â
w) Wastewater tank sight gauge.
Is there a specific requirement for either and interior or exterior location? No
aa) 2EA 27kw Electric water heater
I assume this is a typo and should be 27gal. Please advise.
This is not a typo; tankless units are required for continuous on demand hot water supply.Â
