This is a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity delivery contract for the purchase of standard commercial vaccines described herein, manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The period of performance is 04/01/17 - 03/31/18.

The vaccines awarded under these contracts will be purchased for and by NCIRD's Immunization Awardees to support pediatric immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act and Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, established pursuant to Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA '93). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. Territories.


The period of performance shall be 12 months from date of award.
