Project Name: Replace 1st floor carpet Bldg.1612
This solicitation is 100% set Aside for Small Business under NAICS 314110
A. This is a Request for Proposal for the subject project in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), dated 01 July 2019.
B. The magnitude of construction for this project is Between $100,000 and $250,000.
C. Proposal must be valid for 30 days.
D. Proposal must be received no later than 17 September 2019 @ 4 P.M. EST
E. Address, in writing, technical and contractual questions to Calvin Colquitt at Calvin.Colquitt.2@us.af.mil or the Contracting Officer Josh Davis at Josh.Davis.50@us.af.mil
F. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis
G. The desired Period of Performance for the project is 60 days from the contract award date to closeout.
I. A site visit will be held on the 6th of September 2019 at 1:00 P.M. If you don't have a pass you will need to meet me at the Vandenberg Gate off Route 2A, so that I can sign you in. You will need a driver's license, proof of Automobile registrarion and insurance, as well as a photo ID for any passenger. If you cannot attend, you may still submit electronically the proposal.
