About this opportunity

The Federal Contract Opportunity requires the provision of an EMS Monitor/Defibrillator and its associated accessories for the 137th Fire & Emergency Services. The equipment is mission-critical for patient care in EMS and interagency patient transfer operations. The contract is set to be awarded by the 137th SOW at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) and the desired delivery is 45 days after the date of the contract, with proposals due by 17 August 2023.

  1. EMS Monitor/Defibrillator with specified capabilities and physical characteristics
  2. Various accessories including a battery charger, therapy cable, patient cables, NIBP hose and cuffs, ECG cables, mobile battery charger, lithium-ion battery, Masimo RC patient cable, Masimo Rainbow DCI Adult Reusable Sp02, SpC0, SpMet Sensor, NIBP Straight Hose, carry case with pouches and shoulder strap
  3. Delivery of all items within 60 days of contract award date
  4. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database
  5. Compliance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The 137th Fire & Emergency Services requires an Emergency Life Pack EMS Monitor/Defibrillator. The equipment is mission essential and critical to patient care in EMS and interagency patient transfer operations. The equipment listed below are required to deliver the best possible care to the patient increasing patient rate of survival. Please review the Statement of Work and provide a quote if your company can fulfill this requirement. 

Please note that a refurbished unit will not be acceptable.
