Statement of Work (SOW) 7 August 2023
1. INTRODUCTION: The 137th Fire & Emergency Services requires one (1) EMS Monitor/Defibrillator, along with the accessories listed below.
2. BACKGROUND: The equipment is mission essential and critical to patient care in EMS and interagency patient transfer operations. The equipment listed below are required to deliver the best possible care to the patient increasing patient rate of survival.
3. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide the items listed below in sections 4 and 5 below, in a new non refurbished state.
4. REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall Provide an EMS Monitor/Defibrillator with the following capabilities:
- Six main operating modes: AED, Manual, Archive, Setup, Service, and Demo
- Capabilities: 12-Lead, EtCO2, NIBP, Massimo SpO2, Trending.
- Physical Characteristics o Display Size (active viewing area):
• 212 mm (8.4 in) diagonal.
• 171 mm (6.7 in) wide x 128 mm (5.0 in) high
Resolution:
• Display type 640 dot x 480 dot color backlit LCD
• User Selectable Display Mode full color or SunVue™
• Display high contrast.
• Display a minimum of 5 seconds of ECG and alphanumeric for values, device instructions, or prompts.
• Display up to three waveforms.
• Waveform Display Sweep Speed: 25 mm/sec for ECG, Sp02, IP, and
12.5 mm/sec for C
- Three format types of code summary critical event record: Short, Medium, Long
- Must have the memory capacity to record 360 minutes of continuous ECG data.
- Must use University of Glasgow 12-Lead ECG Analysis Program for 12 lead interpretation.
- Must use paper size 100 mm
- Batteries must be Lithium-Ion with a fuel gauge indicating approximate charge.
