Question 1: Confirm what the payment terms are for this opportunity? Net 30?
Answer 1: Yes, Net 30 guidelines.
Question 2: In the event of a partial shipment due to some type of delay, what would the payment situation be for items already delivered?

Question 3: Is this an all or nothing RFQ, or will it be awarded to multiple vendors?
Answer 3: This will be a single award contract. Multiple awards will not be made for this requirement. Please reference the Instructions to Offerors.
Question 4: The amendment posted on August 26th does not reflect the separations of the custom-made drums from the other instruments.
Offers are due on September 9th, are other amendments coming up before September 9th that reflect the separation of the custom-made drums from the rest of the instruments?
Answer 4: Please reference Section 14 and the product descriptions in the contract amendment W91364-24-Q-0041-0001. Cooperman Drums are no longer being specified as part of this requirement. The purpose of the amendment is to remove the brand name requirement. The drums will remain a part of this solicitation and will not be awarded on a separate contract.
