SPECIFICATIONS

FOR

STEEL PIPE

FOR ENGINEERING YARD

1. GENERAL: The contractor shall purchase and deliver twelve inch pipe, ten inch pipe, and reducing tees for use on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Floating Plants.

2. SPECIFICATIONS:

CLIN 0001: 10 inch Extra Strong A53, Grade B, Seamless Pipe in 40 foot Double Random lengths.

.500 inch wall thickness, Outside Diameter of 10.750 inches, Inside Diameter of 9.750 inches, 800 FT, 8 EA.

CLIN 0002: 12 inch Extra Strong A53, Grade B, Seamless Pipe in 40 foot Double Random lengths.500 inch wall thickness, Outside Diameter of 12.750 inches, Inside Diameter of 11.750 inches, 800 FT, 8 EA.

CLIN 0003: 12 inch Schedule 40 foot pipe A53, Grade B, Seamless Pipe in 40 foot Double Random lengths. .406 inch wall thickness, Outside Diameter 12.750 inches, Inside Diameter 11.938 inches, 400 feet, 4 EA.

CLIN 0004: 10 inch x 10 inch x 8 inch Extra Strong A234 Carbon Steel Weld Fitting Reducing Tee with .500 inch wall thickness 10.750 Outside Diameter and 9.750 inside diameter on the run.

8.62 inch Outside Diameter and 7.635 Inside Diameter on the branch.

12 EA.

CLIN 0005: 12 inch x 12 inch x 10 inch Extra Strong A234 Carbon Steel Weld Fitting Reducing Tee with .500 inch wall thickness 12.750 Outside Diameter and 11.750 inside diameter on the run.

10.750 inch Outside Diameter and 9.750 Inside Diameter on the branch, 12 EA.

3. DELIVERY: The Pipe shall be shipped as DOUBLE RANDOM Segments to:

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Repair Yard 232 Battleship Road Wilmington, North Carolina, 28401 John.b.crabtree@usace.army.mil

The contractor shall ensure that the following are included on the invoice:

• Contract #

• Invoice #

• Company Name

• Invoiced line item(s) must match the contract line items

• Small Business, Veteran Owned, or 8A – If applicable, indicate on invoice.

The shipping cost shall be included in the contractors quote.

15. Pre-screen candidates using E-Verify Program. Proposed language: "The Contractor must pre-screen Candidates using the E-verify Program (http://www.uscis.gov/e-verify) website to meet the established employment eligibility requirements. The Vendor must ensure that the Candidate has two valid forms of Government issued identification prior to enrollment to ensure the correct information is entered into the E-verify system. An initial list of verified/eligible Candidates must be provided to the COR no later than 3 business days after the initial contract award." *When contracts are with individuals, the individuals will be required to complete a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, with the designated Government representative. This Form will be provided to the Contracting Officer and shall become part of the official contract file.
