About this file
This addendum provides revisions to plans and specifications for the Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center Barracks Renovation project. Key changes include adding plastic toilet partitions specification section, revising dry-pipe sprinkler system requirements to specify black steel piping, and adding nitrogen generator system specifications. Drawing revisions incorporate these changes and include items such as adding notes, walls, and circuit details. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plan revisions include added fixtures, equipment, and demolition items.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation notice for the Barracks Restoration Project #9. The single firm fixed-price contract will be awarded by the USPFO for Indiana to provide renovation services for Buildings 207 and 208 including interior and exterior alterations, mechanical and utility system installations, and site work. The 100% small business set-aside project has a magnitude between $1-5 million and must follow limitations on subcontracting and environmental requirements. The pre-bid conference is in August, bids are due in September, and the contract duration is 240 days after notice to proceed.
