FOR RFQ W912K6‐17‐Q‐0010
FORCE PROTECTION TRAINING
1. Is the total number being trained up to 60, with one group of 30 attending the driving and one group of 30 attending the weapons training? Or is a total of 30 with 15 in each group?
Answer: Total number trained is 30, 15 students attending driving training, 15 attending weapons training, then the two groups swap.
2. Are we do use the Amy ratio of RSO’s to students?
Answer: That is not necessary. Your written training plan (for approval by customer) should include the ratio you intend to use.
3. Do you have a required round count per weapon per student, or are we to provide the round count?
Answer: Your written training plan (for approval by customer) should include the round count you intend to use. Amounts should be sufficient to provide training value for the requested training.
4. Do you have a preferred driving range?
Answer: No. Your written training plan (for approval by customer) should include details of the proposed driving range as well as planned training iterations.
5. Is there an incumbent for this training?
Answer: There is not current Incumbent for this training.
6. Do you have a required ratio of vehicles to trainees?
Answer: The ratio of trainees to vehicles should not exceed 3 students to 1 vehicle.
7. Who is responsible for medical support at the range?
Answer: The vendor is responsible for providing/coordinating any required medical support.
