Lodging Questions and Answers
1. How many people will occupy each room? Two soldiers per room.
1. Are all rooms required to be at the same location? Offers with all rooms at one location will be more highly rated. We will not consider an offer that has more than two locations.
1. How many beds are required in each room? Is king size and sofa bed, okay? Two beds per room. A room that meets the requirement with a sofa bed is the least desired method and we be evaluated as such.
1. Are both locations (Dublin and Macon) required as part of one quote? Or can they be quoted separately? Each location can be quoted separately. However, one contract will be written with a line item for each location.
1. Are exterior opening hotel rooms acceptable for this solicitation? Exterior opening is acceptable. The Government has no preference regarding interior or exterior opening rooms.
1. Please confirm dates for hotel stays. The check-in date for both locations is 8 JUN 2024. Check-out for Dublin is 15 JUN 2024. Check-out for Macon is 14 JUN 2024.
1. The solicitation specified a minimum AAA rating of 2 Diamonds. There is no 2 Diamond Rating for AAA. The minimum room rating is a AAA, 3 Diamond Rating.
