MEMORANDUM FOR ALL POTENTIAL OFFERORS

FROM: 101 MSG/MSC

SUBJECT: Answers to Contractor Questions #2

1. The purpose of this memorandum is to allow fair opportunity to all prospective offerors by answering all questions and posting them to FBO. The questions and answers are as follows:

1) Is there a project manager required to manage, direct, oversee the work of the attendants?

Yes per the PWS para. 1.4.9 Contract Manager (CM): The contactor shall provide a CM who shall ensure performance under this contract. The name of this person, and an alternate who shall act for the contractor when the CM is absent, shall be designated in writing to the KO. The CM or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The CM shall work through the COR, (or the KO if a COR is not assigned), to resolve issues, receive directions and ensure adequate performance of services. The CM shall ensure that contractor employees do not perform any services outside the scope of the contract without an official modification issued by the KO. The CM shall ensure contractor employees understand that services performed outside the scope of the contract are performed wholly at the expense of the contractor.

2) It is stated that the contract must provide a minimum of 3 servers per meal.

In order to support, replenishing, and housekeeping is there a minimum number of attendants required per meal?

The PWS does not state that a minimum number of attendants are needed. You must provide a quantity sufficient to meet all the standards in the Performance

Requirements Summary (TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 1).

3) Please clarify as part of the requirement, if the contractor provides transportation as part of the service?

Transportation is not a requirement for this contract.

2. The deadline to submit requests for information has passed, further questions pertaining to this requirement will not be addressed.
