About this file
This document is an amendment to the solicitation W912JA-23-R-0007 for nurse case management services. The amendment provides responses to requests for information from potential offerors. The services are currently being provided by an incumbent under a bridge contract and include case managers, administrative care coordinators, and a credentialing coordinator located in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile, Alabama. Historically there have been approximately 4 case managers, 9 care coordinators, and 1 credentialing specialist. The positions will each require 2,080 hours of work annually. The amendment discloses staffing levels and some vacancy information by location and labor category. However, it does not provide a full breakdown of required staffing levels and workload data needed for offerors to properly price the opportunity. The government indicates this information was previously responded to but the document does not include it. The amendment does not extend the response date to allow for a more competitive procurement given the lack of information provided.
