Purchase Description
Command Post Video Wall
1. All requirement descriptions below state desired functionality. The dealer will be responsible to determine what additional components, hardware, etc. will be necessary to deliver a fully functional system. This includes mounting hardware, racks, cables, and any other item that may be necessary but is not specifically mentioned. Offers will be evaluated for completeness and quality.
2. Minimum Requirements are listed below:
Video over IP solutions will not be considered
Four (4) 24/7 rated commercial video displays
- At least native 1080p
- 24/7 tilting display
- Ultra-Thin bezels (1.8mm max)
- Minimum 450 NIT
Compatible display wall mounting solution
- Configured in a 2x2 layout
Audio/Video System
- 24/7 rated
- Capable of displaying any input on any output to include duplication
- Capable of displaying one input spanned across all four displays
- Eight (8) HDMI inputs
- Four (4) HDMI outputs (for TVs)
- Audio output capability (connected to existing audio system)
- Desktop touchscreen digital media presentation system
Provides power, volume, component source selection, and scaling of video sources
No Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capability
Must be able to operate/maintain/configure with no internet
Removal of existing displays
Applicable power conditioners as needed
Applicable wall mount shelving and racks for support equipment (12U-15U if feasible)
Coordinate with POC for all deliveries, installation and final inspection.
Provide all equipment and labor to accomplish installation. This includes cleaning worksite at the conclusion of the work day.
Submit required documentation to clear laborers for base entry.
Provide warranty on all equipment and labor for a minimum of one year beyond final approved inspection of work.
Provide the ability to perform on-site support within 2 business days after warranty period has expired.
Provide all system configurations, administrator user names and passwords for systems.
