About this file
This document is an amendment to solicitation W912EK25R0005 for a Quality Management Information System (QMIS) application for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The amendment provides answers to questions received, updates the Statement of Work (SOW), and extends the proposal due date to October 29, 2024.
The SOW outlines the requirements for a QMIS that provides document and compliance management, automated workflows, training and testing capabilities, reporting and metrics, and applicable security measures. The contract is for a 10.5-month base year with four 12-month option years. The annual subscription includes 151 dedicated users, 80 concurrent users, and view-only access for the entire enterprise of approximately 40,000 users. The QMIS must comply with relevant ISO standards and DoD cybersecurity requirements. The government requests a license to utilize the software and associated administration and end-user documentation as deliverables.
