52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021)

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to the lowest price, responsive and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, and represents the lowest total evaluated price; therefore, the Offeror’s quote should be complete and contain the Offeror’s best price and meet all required delivery terms at time of quote submission.
