Text version

1. Item 004 & 005 are set up at MTC Bldg 4012 (2237 Hood Street) on Fort Sam Houston. How many rooms are we setting up? *Item 004 1 General Officers tent +1 VTC tent - all other equipment will be kept on a central location and used as needed on the other areas of the JOC tent. *Item 005 1 VTC room +1 room with half booth

2. Will the equipment remain at the location or does it have to be breakout and set up every day?

Equipment will remain in the location for the duration of exercise.

3. Is there an incumbent vendor for this bid? No

4. If there is an incumbent, at what rates are services being offered? Not Applicable

5. Will the required background checks be paid for by the Department of the Army or the successful bidder? By the contractor

6. The services that the Department of the Army is requesting require significant advance coordination efforts even to provide a realistic price quote. Accordingly, we would request that the Department of the Army extend the due date of this solicitation. Based on prior contracts and the contracting officer’s experience with this same type of requirement, the number of days allowed to submit a quote are reasonable, therefore, the due date of this solicitation will not be extended.
