During the onsite visit it was mentioned that the longest power could be out was one hour.

We need more clarification on this in terms of how the panels are considered, as it seems like the Scada/Security distribution panel might be a higher priority than the other panels (4R,5R, 4F,5F)?

If the Scada/Security distribution panel were in fact a higher priority, then would a subset of circuits on this panel be in need of the one hour rule, and perhaps not others?

Would this be a hard and fast rule for all panels and circuits, or just a subset of panels and circuits?

Specs State:

REPLACE PANELBOARD FOR SCADA AND SECURITY WITH NEW 200 AMP MAIN BREAKER PANEL WITH 25% SPARE

CAPACITY.

According to this document package the SCADA/Security loads are already above 60+ Amps.

Page 3 of 7ProjNet: Logged In User

Specs indicate an 83.3 A capacity on each existing Inverter 120VAC source. Which means this is the existing today power capacity for the SCADA/Security panel.

Since the SCADA/Security panel is supposed to be sourced by existing inverters per E-502, which shows Inverter A, and inverter B. We think that this might require a 2nd panel to split out electrical sources, if a 200A capacity (166.6 A actual max per Inverter specs) is desired for SCADA/Security?

Please clarify if it is desired for the new SCADA/Security panel to be able to use the full capacity of Inverter A and Inverter B, or if it is to be the same as it is now, residing on Inverter A at an 83.3 A capacity?
