Lodging Requirements (July 7, 2016 – December, 2016)

1. Background. HTRTS-M is a US Army institutional training site located on the BT Collins Army Reserve Center in Sacramento, CA. HTRTS-M provides centrally funded lodging and meals to students attending its MOS transition (MOS-T) courses. Students require lodging from the start date of the course through the end date as listed in the Army Training Requirements and Resources System. Students attend training at HTRTS-M starting at 0800 M-F, (Saturdays as required) and finish between 1700-2000.

Meals are provided at the Dining Facility (DFAC) located on BT Collins. Students will depart lodging in the morning in time to eat breakfast at the DFAC and will return to lodging in the evening after eating dinner. Students will travel in groups by vans provided by HTRTS-M where necessary.

2. Period of Performance: 07 July 2016 – 31 December 2016.

3. Requirement: Enclosure 1 provides expected student populations for each month.

Variances normally remain within 10% of estimates, though they can be more extreme in specific instances such as when a course non-conducts. Generally, any significant changes to the expected population are known at least 45 days from the report date.

Students are to be housed 2 per room. Exceptions to the 2 students per room requirement are only authorized by the HTRTS-M command staff.

4. Coordination.

(a) Enclosure 1 will serve as the primary planning document for the entire period of performance. Updates will be provided to the hotel by HTRTS-M as changes occur.

(b) HTRTS-M will provide the hotel the current expected number of students for each class between 30-45 days prior to the report date.

(c) HTRTS-M will provide the hotel a roster containing the names, rank, and gender of expected students between 5-10 days prior to reports date. Adjustments to the number of rooms required may be made by HTRTS-M up to 48 hours prior to the report date.
