1. Can As-builts be provided?
Answer: No. The facility was constructed in 1996 and the as-built drawings are not available.
2. Is a blue stake going to be completed for the existing water lines?
Answer: The contractor shall obtain a dig permit for the intended work. The utility will be marked at that time.
3. Will previously completed Past Performance Questionnaires or CPAR Evaluations be acceptable in lieu of the provided Form?
Answer: Previously completed PPQs must reflect the work specified in the requirement and the Solicitation
4. Will there be a change in the SOO?
Answer: Yes. A revised Statement of Objectives (SOO) dated 12 August 2022 is provided.
