16. Description: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for Mowing and Maintenance Services for Atwood Lake, Mineral City, Ohio; Dover Dam, Dover, Ohio; and Leesville Lake, Bowerston, Ohio. The contract will be a firm fixed price, performance-based commercial service, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract, in an amount not to exceed $1,800,000.00 over the entire contract period. The contract will be awarded for a base period with four one-year option periods. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan; (B) Experience; (C) Equipment; (D) Past Performance; and (E) Cost/Price. All non-priced factors, when combined, are significantly more important than cost/price. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 13 November, 2017, online at http://www.fbo.gov . To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
