The following have been added by full text:
RESPONSE TO VENDOR QUESTIONS
1. Are the contractor’s employees allowed to utilize the restrooms at the facility during the course of the contract?
Answer: Only when a government representative is available for escort.
2. Is there an estimated cost for the additional expenses resulting from work outside normal business hours?
(REF SF1449 Supplemental Information item 30) Answer: No, an estimate would be difficult without an actual situation. Estimate would be dependent on the criteria of the situation and would need to be determined on a case by case basis at the time of the event.
3. Is the contractor allowed to utilize the facility’s water, electricity, and other utilities during the course of the contract?
Answer: If required to meet the standards, utilities could be made available with prior coordination with the COR.
If the answer is yes, are there any fees associated using the onsite utilities?
Answer: No.
4. Will the contractor be notified if the FPCON level reaches Charlie or Delta? (REF PWS 1.6.18.7.6)
Answer: Refer to 1.6.5 of the contract.
If the answer is yes, will the contractor be notified when it returns to Bravo?
Answer: Contractor will need to coordinate with the COR for a change in status.
5. Is there any type II, III, or IV lawn maintenance anticipated on this contract? (REF PWS 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.2.4) Answer: Please quote on what is listed in the Price Schedule.
6. Will the government provide a copy of the Inspection Checklist referenced in PWS part 7 to the contractor before the work starts?
Answer: Please review the PRS, PWS and Deliverables for requirements. All documents that will be provided are listed on FBO.gov.
7. Does the government maintain a list of approved 3rd party vendors that perform the required employee background checks? (REF PWS 1.6.18.1) Answer: No, but upon contract award any questions can be directed to the COR.
8. Are there any irrigation systems in use or abandoned in-place at the facility?
Answer: Yes, abandoned and condition unknown.
9. Is AT Level I Training or iWatch Training required to be repeated on a regular interval?
Answer: AT Level I Training is an annual requirement. All contractor employees, to include subcontractor employees, requiring access Army installations, facilities and controlled access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training within 30 calendar days after contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever is applicable and annually thereafter.

iWATCH Training. One time requirement. This training shall be completed within 30 calendar days of contract award and within 05 calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to the COR NLT 30 calendar days after contract award
10. Are the costs associated with PWS 5.4.1 Initial Clean Up to be included in Item No 0002 ANNUAL
GROUNDS BASE YEAR?
Answer: There is not an initial clean-up for this requirement.
