This will help to provide a more accurate and detailed pricing schedule.

SESSION 2:

Q4: Detail C states that Contractor shall remove 5 existing poles and fixtures off fence. Are the poles and fixtures literally on the fence?

A4: Yes, The Light Poles are located directly to a vertical structure that Connects’ the fence on both sides; with the Light Fixture being directly connected to the top of pole. (Please See Section 4.4.3 in Statement of Work (SOW)

Q5: If the poles and fixtures to be removed off the fence in Detail C are literally on the fence, how are they electrically fed?

A7: Yes, I do have pictures of the existing light fixtures and poles mounted on fence in Detail C. (Please See Attachment: Session 2 Question Drawings and Pictures)

Q8: One Existing light fixtures in detail B is to be reused. Will the owner allow dissimilar fixtures on one pole if the existing light fixture is not the same as the contractor approved fixture?

Q13: Will the existing pole bases be removed or will they remain?

A13: No, there are not any existing Pole Bases that would require removing, only bases that are added to the different areas.

Q14: Based on the drawing new taller pole bases will be installed adjacent to existing shorter pole bases presumably for additional vehicle protection. The new pole bases appear to be 36” – 42” taller than existing.
