5PWSPage 85/Paragraph 5.3 Provide Help Desk Support.
There is a bullet for 'Registration'Please confirm this does not imply that Support will be registering soldiers, but will only provide guidance on how to register.Correct, the help desk will provide instructions on how to register for the program. The help desk will not be required to register users.
6PWSPage 78/Paragraph 1.14.1 Phase In. The Contractor shall submit an official Phase In Plan within 5 calendar days after the Kick-off meetingCan this be changed to 5 Work Days? If a weekend/holiday is involved, it makes the actual time allowed 3 days of less.We don't have an issue changing this to 5 work days. Is this an administrative change that the KO and COR could employ at this time?

We presume offerors must be capable, at a minimum, of supporting the exiting courseware and e-Books because there are users enrolled in existing courses and/or are routinely accessing the current e-Books suite and said enrollment/access must be sustained as part of contract transition.Technical Exhibit 1 of the RFP provides the general listing of courses and e-books that the Government requires.

Please clarify this issue. The intent is for the contractor to provide the capability for the Government to add a Government owned and/or a 3rd party course on the learning platform in addition to the contractor's courseware.
14PWS5.4, p. 85To fulfill requirements for ensuring courseware playability on certain user platforms as stated in PWS 5.4, will the Government provide the contractor with one or more computers configured with the “Army Gold Standard” (AGS) applications? As an alternative, will the Government allow the contractor to provide one or more computers on which the Government can load the relevant AGS applications? The Government will not provide the contractor with Government issued equipment and will not accept any computers from the contractor. The courseware will be accessed by Army users via a desktop, lap top or mobile device. Army Gold Standards refers to the Army user's equipment.

The courses/books provided by the Contractor shall include all access licenses, access fees, cataloging, and courseware maintenance/updating costs.
20PWS5.1, bullet 4, page 84) If the new proposed LMS solution does not have the capability of creating or editing course files (such as SOCMR or AICC content), is the Army looking to maintain ATTR and the new solution in coexistence as a hybrid 2-application system?ATRRS is a separate system that the contractor's solution will need to interface with to track student enrollment, progress and completion of courses.
