Each enhancement level is based on the average of 50 pages with increasing levels of interactive media. Enhancement level 1 would be static while enhancement level 3 is highly interactive (Draft PWS para 2.1.9.).

Answer: CAC cards will be considered based on requirement.
Question 8 - Do the enhancement level quantities described in the pricing schedule constitute an estimate of the number of digital publications to be produced at that enhancement level for the designated year? For example, 35 Enhancement Level 1 publications?
