About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command for solar waste bins. The solicitation will result in multiple blanket purchase agreements with vendors that can meet the government's requirements. Specific quantities needed over the next five years cannot be defined currently but will be specified in individual calls issued against the agreements. Calls will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable criteria. Payments will be made within 30 days of properly submitted invoices. Financial responsibility of awardees will be verified prior to award. Bins should allow disposal during compaction for safety and functionality. Pricing is not required at this time as the government is seeking technical information on offered products only to determine agreement eligibility.
