About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a request for quotation for Wi-Fi service at a Tennessee Army National Guard facility. The requirement is for a contractor to provide 2 gigabit Wi-Fi service initially with the ability to increase bandwidth up to 10 gigabits as needed. The incumbent contractor is RX3 Communications under contract number W912L7-16-P-0119. The location is 400 IG Brown Drive in Louisville, Tennessee. The contractor can utilize existing fiber connections between buildings and in the communications handhole. The coverage provided currently meets expectations but needs to be expanded to a new lodging building. Some rooms in existing lodging buildings have insufficient coverage. Content filtering that blocks by application is required. New equipment must be purchased and installed as the current equipment only supports bandwidth under 1 gigabit.
