Eglin TM Data Recorder Technical Requirement Document

8 Jan 2021

The 96th Range Group supports testing on many of Eglin Air Force Bases' telemetry sites by providing customized instrumentation to the sites. This requirement is for three (3) telemetry data recorders and components to upgrade existing instrumentation systems previously upgraded to meet new spectrum relocation requirements. This acquisition requires Safran brand name recorders to ensure compatibility with the existing range recording system.

The recorder shall meet specific security controls as defined in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53, Revision 4, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations. Security controls will be based on Point-to-Point system with Mission Assurance Category (MAC) III.
