The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Dublin, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price.
The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Delivery is required by May 31, 2024.
All offerors must be registered in SAM at http://www.sam.gov. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (SAM) at http://www/sam.gov. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after February 23, 2024 with a due date of March 15, 2024, and no later than 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time.
The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's beta.SAM.gov through web site http://www.beta.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be made available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
