If the contractor is required to provide services, none will require the exercise of discretion in applying Government authority or the making of value judgments in making decisions for the Government.

5. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY and INFORMATION: FAR 7.105(b)(15) /16)

The contractor is obligated to report lost, stolen, or damaged Government property, as well as the disposition of the salvage.
