About this file

This statement of work outlines an agreement between Louisiana State University's Shared Instrument Facility and the United States Department of Agriculture's Southern Regional Research Center for analytical services. LSU-SIF will receive cotton and cellulose samples from USDA-SRRC to conduct spectroscopic analyses including TEM, SEM, XPS, NMR, and XRD. LSU-SIF will be compensated up to $20,000 per year deposited into an account to pay USDA invoices. The initial funding is available for one year and renewable annually for up to four additional years, with any unused funds returned to USDA. All samples will be returned to USDA upon completion of analyses. This supports the pre-solicitation for analytical services of cotton and cellulose samples issued by the USDA Agricultural Research Service to provide these services.
