Solicitation 12505B23Q0253 Statement of Work ICP Maintenance Plan
GENERAL INFORMATION
1.0 Scope of Work. Provide certified preventive maintenance plan for the complete NEXION ICP System, auto sampler, and chiller.
2.0 Background. The Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) system is an instrument that is vital to completing milestones to our project as well as other here at NCAUR. Having a consistent service contract is necessary to keep the instrument at optimal condition.
CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
3.0 Features, Components, Accessories, Modules, Software and/or Services to be included:
1. Preventive Maintenance Plan- 1PM to the complete NEXION ICP System, auto sampler, and chiller.
2. One Preventive Maintenance Visit Annually for the complete NEXION ICP System, auto sampler, and chiller.
3. One Repair Visit per Year for to the complete NEXION ICP System, auto sampler, and chiller.
4.0 Technical Requirements/Tasks. Certified preventive maintenance plan for the complete NEXION ICP System, auto sampler, and chiller to maintain instrument validation.
5.0 Period of Performance: 8/30/2023 to 08/29/2024
6.0 Delivery: Government will be present during delivery and installation of equipment. If needed, the government will supply a standard loading dock to accept delivery of the unit. The government will supply a location with suitable instrument requirements (space, electricity) as needed to operate the instrument.

Given any COVID restrictions, additional requirements may be in place for entrance to the lab. These will be communicated with the equipment supplier. Attempts will be made to ensure that safety is met for all parties and the equipment delivered in a timely manner.
