Statement of Work April 2023
Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to purchase a Cvent license to continue supporting our current level of event registration management.
Background: Cvent is a software used by event planners for event management, marketing and attendee engagement. It is used to help create engaging, impactful events for in-person, virtual, hybrid, and webinars. DSEO has been using this product through the previous education and outreach contract for the past five years. However, that contract expired in September 2022 at which time the remaining duration of the license was transferred to PCG. We now need to renew the license, which expires on May 17th, 2023, to continue maintaining all current planned sponsored CMS events (such as the Program Integrity Annual Meeting (PIAM)) as well as have the ability to support any new events that arise.
Services: This acquisition will provide 1 professional license for event management, 9,600 registrations, 1 branding package and 1 private domain.
Period of Performance: 5/18/2023 – 5/17/2024
