STATEMENT OF WORK
70Z03825QS0000004
1.0 Description of Service
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) and Air Station, Elizabeth City, NC (ASEC) have a requirement for the weekly supply and delivery of compressed gases and bottles. All supplied compressed gas cylinders must comply with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) 29 CFR 1910.l 0l(a) thru ( c) and 49 CF� 1 71-1 79 and 14 CFR 103.
2.0 Scope
USCG requires delivery of various types of compressed gases that are used during routine and Depot Level Maintenance of USCG Aircraft. The Contractor shall make weekly deliveries of compressed gasses to multiple drop-off/pick-up locations: C- 130HMF (Fixed Wing Hanger), Building 100, and other locations on base as requested.
Automatic weekly deliveries of liquid nitrogen cylinders will be made to C-l 30HMF on a day agreed upon by the Contractor and Government Point of Contact (POC) at the start of the period of performance. Delivery of other compressed gas cylinders will be arranged as needed with the Government POC.
Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, regulations, and ordinances. In the event any of these laws, regulations, or ordinances change during the term of this contract, the Contractor is required to comply as such laws come into effect.
3.0 Period of Performance
The period of perfonnance for this requirement is 9/25/2025 to 9/24/2026.
4.0 Hours of Operations and Holidays
4.1 Deliveries shall be during the hours of 7:00 A.M. through 3:00 P.M. EST, Monday through Friday.

4.2 The Contractor shall not deliver on the ob'servance of the following federal holidays as adequate government personnel will not be available:
