About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for the purchase and installation of 155mm prior to rifle pneumatic bore gages for Watervliet Arsenal. The contractor shall provide bore gages capable of measuring barrel diameters ranging from 154.5mm to 155.8mm to a maximum depth of 30 feet. The gages must utilize a Dimentron-style body with an opposing pneumatic slide mechanism and integrated air blow-off to avoid marring gun bores. Additional requirements include a 1840 column amplifier-type readout, master set rings in specified sizes, storage cases, a minimum of two days of manufacturer support for installation and training, and a complete list of wear components and spare parts. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number W911PT22Q0021 for the purchase of two 155mm post-rifle and two 155mm pre-rifle pneumatic bore gages as specified in the statement of work.
