About this file
This document is a Cost Proposal for the Ohio Personal Responsibility and Education Program (PREP) Request for Proposal (RFP #SRC0000033450) issued by the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services on behalf of the Department of Youth Services. The RFP outlines comprehensive requirements for a contractor to provide curriculum training, technical assistance, and program implementation for PREP community partners across districts. Key deliverables include monthly administrative services, program monitoring meetings, site visits, data reporting, monthly virtual planning meetings, annual statewide meetings and trainings, and development of outreach and recruitment plans. The contract term covers the initial period from December 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with annual renewals, and requires extensive reporting and engagement activities focused on youth pregnancy prevention.
The cost proposal includes detailed pricing structures for various services, with line items for administrative costs, reporting, meetings, training requirements, and additional program activities. Contractors are expected to provide services at a fixed monthly rate, with specific costs for each deliverable type, such as program progress reports, monitoring visits, and training attendance. The proposal emphasizes that all costs must be in U.S. Dollars, and the state will not reimburse additional travel or related expenses beyond the specified pricing. The document indicates a comprehensive, performance-based approach to program implementation, with a strong focus on youth engagement, data collection, and program fidelity across multiple districts.
