About this file
This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services, General Services Division, State Printing & Mail Services for the procurement of 2025 Fish Ohio Lapel Pins for the Department of Natural Resources. The ITB (Bid Number SRC0000030043) seeks a contractor to provide 12,400 total brass pins, specifically 11,000 silver-plated standard pins and 1,400 gold-plated master angler pins, to be delivered by August 4, 2025, or sooner. The pins are to be die-stuck, oval-shaped (0.86in x 1in), featuring seven soft enamel colors, a military clutch fastener, and a clear epoxy dome, with text on the back celebrating the Ohio Fishing License (1925-2025). The bid closing date is April 25, 2025, with bids to be submitted online through the OhioBuys platform.
The pricing structure requires bidders to provide unit prices, with the state determining the low lot total price by multiplying estimated usage by corresponding unit prices. Delivery is specified to the Ohio Division of Wildlife Warehouse in Columbus, with strict guidelines on packaging (individually wrapped in unmarked 1½in x 2in plastic bags, packed in boxes of 250-500 pins, with no box exceeding 40 lbs). The contractor is responsible for all shipping costs, and invoices must reference the job number SRC0000030043. An Affirmation and Disclosure Form is required, affirming compliance with Executive Orders regarding offshore services and data location, with the state reserving the right to terminate the contract if services are performed outside the United States.
